ⓂⓂ NERD

Mostly I read MM books in every genre with the occasional MF book.

I love fanfic and I ship STEREK & DESTIEL

Scars and Secrets (Loose Ends Book 1) - Avril Ashton

I have been waiting for Levi Donovan Story since "Sinner Like Me", and at last here it is.

I expected to be over the moon on this story but unfortunately I didn't, I still loved the writing Avril Ashton can write her men in a very captivating and deep ways that made me love part of this book, but the biggest downside for me was that I didn't like the relationship dynamics between Levi & Van and that made me unable to connect to them on every level.

Overall the story was likeable to a degree and it was awesome to see all the boys again especially Israel and Reggie.

Reinventing Us (The Rock Gods #9) - Ann Lister

DNF @ 50%

Kings Rising (Captive Prince #3) - C.S. Pacat

At Last I finished the Captive Prince Series.

Even though I was disappointed with book one it got better with book two and three, Laurent and Damen were likeable and the story was a lovely read with interesting plotlines.

Overall this series was a nice read and I am glad I read it, I hoped that it would be a great read for me too from everyone else review but I guess at the end everyone has their own opinion and it is a matter of it's me not you.

Prince's Gambit (Captive Prince #2) - C.S. Pacat

This book was much better than the first one and I started to see what everyone is talking about.

For the first few chapters I was dragging myself from chapter to chapter just to finish this book and get on with it, but as I got more into the story it started to get better and I finally felt something a connection between the Mcs at last, it wasn't palpable but it was there and as the story grew it grew with it and I even started to like laurent a little more.

The writing was better in this one also, it was deeper and more informative, and this time I am actually looking forward to read the last book.

Captive Prince Volume One - C.S. Pacat

At last I delve into the world of Damen and Laurent, I bought these books as soon as they came out and has been setting in my e-reader for a while now but O never got around to reading them.

According to the summary of this book and everyone's review I thought I am going to love this but sadly I was mistaken.

This book was a disappointment to me, there was absolutely no connection between the Mcs, and there was too many secondary characters that added an annoying mystery to the book, the writing wasn't bad but I didn't like it either at times I felt lost.

However I kinda liked Damen a little which made me continue with the book and curious to know what is going to happen next.

I will read the rest of the series and hopefully the other books will be better and I will find what everybody is talking about.

The Sergeant - Christa Tomlinson

3.5 Stars.

100 Days - Mimsy Hale

DNF @ 45%

I tried, I really tried to finish this book it has been a week since I started this book and my feelings about it didn't change so I finally decided to DNF it.

To me this road trip was the most boring one I have ever read about, the Mcs Jake and Aiden were dull and silly and I couldn't connect with them at all and to Jake was extremely annoying.

I decided at least I deserve to know the ending after putting up with this book for so long, even though with any other book this will be the perfect HEA for me, in this book I didn't feel it at all.

Overall this wasn't a good book for me and I didn't enjoy reading it.

Return to Me - James Oliver French

DNF @ 30%, No Rating

When the Mcs starts to become just words to me and I can't connect to them and be invested in their story, I know then that I should stop reading.

Manbot - Scarlet Blackwell
Adorable and sweet story filled with funny and heartwarming touching moments.
That's What Brothers Do - Derekica Snake
I loved this book I was pulled into it from the first page I read.

This story was dark, intense, violent and a total emotional rollcoaster.

I loved Brant he was a martyr, he kept sacrificing himself for those he loved and every time there was a glimpse of hope for him to be fee it get crashed in the next, your heart goes out to him and you could feel all his anguish and sorrows, I loved his connection with Wilber and maybe it wasn't completely right but I loved it and how Brant finally had someone to belong to .

Overall this book was a great and an enjoyable read and the writing was amazing and the author knows how to pull into a story that will remain with you even after you finish the book.
Blue Mountain - Cardeno C.

All Of Me - Cardeno C.

It's Christmas Everywhere But Here - Liam Grey

A Christmas Princess - Ofelia Gränd

In just 5 pages this story made me cry and smile at that beautiful ending.

It was beautiful and very deep and it was filled with powerful emotions and have so much going on between the lines that I really wish the author will expand to full length novel because I loved Danny and my heart goes out to him and wish to see more of him.

Overall this was an amazing short read with wonderful writing and lovely characters.

The Ultra Cage - Jane Davitt

2.5 Stars.

Seducing Daddy - Ava Moon

For someone who is not completely comfortable reading about daddy kink or father/son relationships, oddly I actually enjoyed reading this.

This story was dirty and HOT but at the same time sweet, I liked the seduction between Aiden and Logan, also I really liked the HEA.

Overall even though I am still not comfortable with incest I liked reading this book.
