The Heart of Texas
2.5 Stars.Wow this was one hell of a packed story.
This story had so many events and so many sub-plots and a whole a lot of other things that were ridiculous at some some point that I don't want to mention to avoid spoilers, all I am going to say is this story felt like a soap opera tv show with a gay couple as the main one.
Usually if I don't like the first book of a series I don't read the rest of it but call me crazy I am actually curious to know what more is going to happen and if the story will improve in the next books, so guess I am off to book two.
